La ubicación y la limpieza

La habitación muy pequeña e incomoda poco ventilada

There is a bar outside the hoteland there is α constant noise throughout the entire day and night. There were mosquitoes in the room.

Muchas cuesta para ir cargado con las maletas, no hay ascensor para subir a las habitaciones y íbamos con una persona con discapacidad. El ruido del bar de al lado no paraba hasta las dos de la mañana , Yo no lo recomendaria

El ruido de por la noche, la falta de ascensor y las calles hasta llegar eran muy pendientes no había sitio para aparcar.

Petit ensemble privatif mêlant authenticité et modernité, à deux pas de la cathédrale. La chambre était parfaite, très bien décorée et avec des équipements pratiques (wifi, machine à café, mini frigo, produits à douche…). Les échanges étaient fluides avec l’établissement avant et pendant le séjour. Je recommande !

La ubicación

El contacto con la recepción bastante difícil. El mantenimiento de la habitación deja mucho que desear. Baldosas rotas en el suelo del baño. La ducha perdía agua por la mampara y inundaba el baño. Los dispensadores de jabón de la ducha, los tocabas y se caían al suelo. El mando del aire acondicionado y calefacción, las pilas estaban gastadas.. Lo comunicamos a recepción, pero finalmente tuvimos que comprarlas nosotros. Hacia falta la calefacción por la noche. El personal de la limpieza, entró a limpiar un día la habitación.... Lo único que hicieron fue la cama, y mal hecha.

La habitación en sí, amplia, cómoda, no le faltaba detalle, bonita y actual, cuidada, limpia. La ubicación en pleno centro.

Location was the only good thing

Siete llaves AP, is not an apartment, is a hostal. That is not said at all on the booking advertise. In the add, is said that there is microwave and kitchen tools that together with the name Siete llaves AP made me think that it will be a room with kitchen facilities, like an apartment, but it's not like that. When arriving in the apartment and contacting the staff regarding about this, they just told us that we might have booked an apartment somewhere else if we wanted those facilities....that there is a microwave on a corridor in second floor if we want to use and that they can provide kitchen tools if we ask for them.
