Nothing this place was dirty not cleaned teh toilet was clearly used there was hair in the bed and staines we have left straight away and requested a refund don't waste your time

Gary the host was very welcoming and very helpful as was the young lady behind the bar

I would have given 10 out of 10 if it wasn't for the shower it was fine but I'm fussy when it comes to showers which for me wasn't quite powerful for me, i know 🫠

Staff were so nice, no faults there

Rooms weren't the best looked after, very dirty in the corners, the sprinkler/smoke detector was hanging off.. and i got woken up at 4.30 am by very very noisy people upstairs as the walls are paper thin.. worst sleep I've had at a hotel.

The view was lovely from the room. The mattress was comfortable. The separate entrance was good.

The bed was not made fresh and appeared to have been already slept in. The bins were not emptied and full of used sanitary products. There were pubic hairs all over the toilet seat. There were very long hairs in the shower. The room was basically very poorly cleaned if at all and I would go as far as saying with the sanitary products in the bin, it was a health hazard.
