Location, close to Larcomar, Kennedy park, beach and supermarkets. it was easy to communicate with Wynwood and they reacted quite fast by sending a person to clean the floors under the bed and to fix the drain of a sink. good beds and pillow.

Walls, sofa pillow, and furniture needs cleaning!. I do not understand how Wynwood can allow such a degree on dirtyness, I have never experience something similar, dirty walls in living room and bedrooms. Dirty chairs and a brown pillow in the living room that should be white! Dirt under the beds.Pictures have been sent to Wynwood and they have promised to take care of this. we had issues with internet, also mentioned in other reviews. We thought that this was resolved, but this is not the case. The sink of one of the bathrooms was stopped so it could not be used. This issue was solved by the host, which is positive, but we needed to stay 2 days until 11 am to wait for the sanitor to fix the issue. I wish that Wynwood has performed a thorough check of these kind of things before check in.

Clean, staff were responsive, facilities look like the picture, the building is modern and it was comfortable for the 6 of us

Location a one way street so every time we took uber they had to add an additional 5-10 min of traffic just to get around the block since most places we wanted to go were the other way

La ubicación, pero realmente es muy confuso la atención por mail, nunca se comunicaron por teléfono.

No estaba limpio, estaban los baños sin implementos de limpieza como jabones o shampoo. Éramos 5 personas y el termostato solo alcanzaba para que se bañe una persona con agua caliente; los demás, tuvimos que bañarnos en agua fría. Y todo el departamento olía a humedad y que estuvo mucho tiempo sin uso. Adicional los muebles de la sala están manchados de comida o bebidas anteriores y no es saludable usarlos en esas condiciones.

No quarto principal tinha mofo na parede. Por ser a beira mar entendo que seja dificil lidar com a maresia, mas por conta disso acabamos evitando esse quarto
