Charming Victoria Conversion Flat in Brentwood with a Garden & Free Parking

Was a stress free stay

Nice, spacious place in good location.

Bathroom is unusual.

the beds were good , Road noise was negligible, heating was excellent.

it was a a lot like student accommodation; all the fittings and curtains were of very poor standard, in need of an upgrade .

The location was ideally suited to our reason for travelling, however we was left with no choice to relocate to a location no where near our family which was the purpose for travelling from south west England

Whilst the property was advertised as a lovely Victoria conversion, the standard of the beds and cleanliness was far from acceptable. Both beds were broken and the mattress in on room was absolutely disgusting. It also became very clear that the property was not cleaned sufficiently due to the rubbish left under the bed. Whilst the initial communication was good with the owner and booking.com, as soon as an issue was identified, communication dropped off and our concerns not addressed in any way.
