Thank you Tam you were such a wonderful and cheerful hostess to us. We felt welcome as soon as you greeted us. Your English was good and that made everything much easier. The team like Trang at breakfast were so so so gentle and friendly and happy to serve in any way we asked. We hope the Hotel will value you and reward you also Peter

Cerca del aeropuerto.

El personal habla un inglés bastante limitado. No hay comunicación entre los empleados (1- pedimos un shuttle al aeropuerto (en teoría tenían, pero realmente te piden un taxi que tienes que pagar) para las 7 am; a las 5 am llaman a la habitación para saber a qué hora queríamos el taxi (era una empleada diferente a la del día anterior) ; 2-nos dijeron que nos preparaban el desayuno antes para poder salir pronto al aeropuerto y la trabajadora que había por la mañana no sabía nada, por lo que nos fuimos sin desayunar). Para una noche si sales pronto por la mañana del aeropuerto está bien, aunque quizás sea caro para la zona y la calidad.

L’habitació que finalment em varen donar era perfecta, amb balcó, de cara a mar. Hi habia per fer cafè o te a l’habitació i es d’agrair la piscina.

Varem tindrà un petit problema que Phung ens va solucionar amb rapidesa. L’esmorçar es justet, com a tot el país.

The room was large

From check-in the experience was unpleasant, we waited a long time and received a dirty room that smelled of urine. After we complained they wiped it down without soap and the smell remained. In the end I cleaned it myself! The room was dusty and there were stains of dirt everywhere. In addition there were ants everywhere.

Es una pena lo descuidado que tienen la parte del desayuno. No lo tienen nada atendido, falta cosas, un poco sucio. Es una pena porque el comedor está bastante bien

Staff were helpful. Room price was good.

Wood insects everywhere in the room, bit me all over every time, especially while sleeping on bed. The TV & air conditioning was way far couldn’t watch TV while sleeping and AC wasn’t cooling until the bed side. Breakfast was good but way too much oil in the food thats why i didn’t get to eat it well.

staff speaks very very little english, so that only misscommunication happened. at check in we were asked to choose from a menu for the next day. we asked if it was for breakfast, they said no, it was for bringing with us for later. we asked AGAIN (to be sure) if breakfast was separate, they said yes and that breakfast was a buffet. next morning we found out that breakfast was NOT a buffet, and that what we ordered the day before was actually breakfast. there was a buffet table with some coffee and rotten fruits and corn. also at check in we were told (and it was written on their fliers and hanging information) that the pool was open until 10 pm. well, we were chilling at the pool (which has salty water by the way), around 5:30pm a guy showed up checking the water (pH, temperature, …), half an our later a lady from the hotel stuff appeared saying we were not allowed to use the pool after 6pm, so we had to get out of the water. we tried to ask why that was, but we couldn‘t get an answer… very suspicious. if you check on google it also says that thefts have happened to many customers lately .. we DO NOT recommend this hotel!

Comfortable room.

Breakfast was not good, not enough coffee cups etc.
