Very Professionally put together

The room and communal areas were very clean.

We never received our check-in instructions from Booking.com and when I initially raised the issue to Dan, our host, his responses were less than helpful and short. I'm not able to post screenshots with my review but when I told Dan that we had checked our messages multiple times and still hadn't received the check-in instructions, he kept giving us one word responses like "last" and "bottom." This was all around midday (our check in time was supposed to be 3 pm). Around 5 PM, I still hadn't received the check-in instructions so I had to call Dan and although he resolved the issue for us, I was a bit put off by him telling me verbatim "I don't need to hear a lecture" when I tried to explain to him that my mom and I were very tired and needed to get into our room ASAP. There were only two pillows in the room and they were lumpy and not very comfortable. The laundry room was locked (even during operating hours) so we couldn't do laundry and at this point, I didn't feel like asking for any more help.

Clean and comfortable and inexpensive. I'll definitely stay again.
