Location

The stay was very disappointing and absolutely not worth the money. There were too many mosquitoes in the dorm, making it impossible to sleep properly. The toilets were also not clean or properly maintained, which reflects poor hygiene standards. After we complained about the condition of the dorm, we were shifted to another dorm room, but surprisingly that room did not even have a fan. Instead of solving the issue, it created more inconvenience. Basic facilities like cleanliness, proper ventilation, and mosquito control are expected at any stay. Overall, the experience was uncomfortable and poorly managed. Definitely not value for money.

Was a great zostel experience. great restaurant, music, bar ambience, front lawns, open spaces, nice hostess, fun loving friendly people except for one stray incident..

i reached the zostel very early in the morning around 5am . . my train arrived early. they put me up to stay in a games TV common room till i got my room. at 9 am. I had a very unpleasant experience with a very annoyed american guest who was sleeping in the common room because his 4 roommates were snoring. I was snoring too and he was hopping mad... not my fault, he should have been sleeping in his designated room. But because there was no security or awake reception, did'nt know if this agitated guy was on drugs i just kept my distance and kept quiet. I would have felt better if Zostel did rounds and did'nt allow people sleeping in the common room.
