Property is spacious

Unclean, ill maintained washroom in the room.

We stayed in both the queen room and the suite. The queen room was very spacious but the bathroom needed a deep clean of the shower area in particular. The suite was better and a great size, with a really comfy bed - though the room felt quite sparse and could do with a dining table / seating area. Staff were lovely and very helpful throughout - and had some lovely thoughtful touches for the Christmas period. They also put on some events like an evening bonfire from 10pm. We really liked the pool, and it’s a sun trap all day if you’re looking to top up your tan! Restaurant/bar was also good and we ate there a number of times throughout our stay - whole team working there were fab and deserve a shoutout!

As others have said it is very very noisy from the adjoining restaurant - in both rooms we had to sleep with noise cancelling headphones on every night. We also didn’t anticipate how much of the hostel grounds aren’t common areas but are public restaurants / cafes - so it doesn’t have a typical hostel/community feel. There is a lot of potential for the property, for example a whole empty rooftop (with incredible views!) that would be wonderful with some comfy seats.

Zostel should provide towel on the basis of refundable amount

La fachada, exterior. Lo ves por fuera cuando llegas y piensas WOW… y ahí se queda.

El personal de recepción no fue muy amable. La habitación olía a cerrado, humedad, desagradable. La habitación estaba al lado del bar/restaurante donde hay música en directo casi pegada al cabezal de la cama. No es lugar para unas habitaciones. Descansar no es posible.
