מקום נקי מסודר ומונגש באזור שקט בבאר שבע הבעלים של המקום זמין 24/7 עונה מהר נותן פיתרון לכל מענה אין ספק מומלץ בחום (זאת לא פעם ראשונה שאני סוגר דירה אצלו)

Если не придираться ,то смело можно ставить 8.район тихий.рядом парк с детской площадкой.сами апартаменты найти не составило труда. Бойлер и кондей работают отлично,кухня укомплектована,за исключением чашек. На окне электрические ставни.удобно. на улице удобные стулья, можно утром попить кофе на свежем воздухе. Но нужно учитывать, что дворик общий на две квартиры.Постельное чистое, что несомненно радует. Парковка на улице.мест почти нет. Но нам посчастливилось.

Берите с собой кружки.в апартаментах три стакана,один из которых битый.)) Диван был весь в крошках,грязный. Туалет был грязный.моющие под раковиной в ванной комнате)) Матрас жёсткий,но я такие люблю. А ,и ещё..разуваться не стоит.мы все разулись при входе.белые носки моментально стали серыми....вот...

"Rugalmas, együttműködő szállásadó, megfelelő apartmanok."

Ami egészen remek volt, az a szállásadó rugalmassága és igyekezete a probléma megoldásra. Mivel nem működött a vízmelegítő, ezért azonnal egy jobb minőségű és nagyobb apartmant ajánlott fel, ugyanazon az áron.

Az eredeti szálláson nem működött a vízmelegítő, ezért még az este folyamán át kellett költöznünk egy másik apartmanba. A kiköltözés során vettük azt is észre, hogy a bejárati kapu nem záródik magától

"Terrible experience,"

Everything is dirty. Cost ₪815 for dusty place, towels and beds have hair everywhere, dusty and broken bathroom window and broken window screen in the living room. Unsanitized place, the host is accomodating yet it's self check-in/out so didn't really help much. I have collected photos since i arrive at the place yet the allowed photos here is not enough. I have seen many red flags in previous guests reviews, but still i gave it a chance maybe they learned from the past guest's callout. I must say they never learn, my 2 night stay cut short because of i can not stand with this place 🤢 Please don't be the next victim of this place, waste of money and time

מקום נקיי שקט בעלים בחור מקסים רק חבל שלוקח הרבה זמן לעשות את הצ׳ק אין, ודורשים פיקדון 500 שקלים מה שלא מצויין בהזמנה חוץ מזה מקום סבבה נחמד הבעלים גם נחמד ממש
