In linea di massima tutto ok, unica pecca, le attivita presenti e offerte dall Resort risultano essere molto rumorose ( come lezioni di acqua gym a tutto volume e spettacoli serali che rendono la quiete della propria camera pari a zero dato che le camere non sono insonorizzate )

Little food variety at open buffet

The hotel was more than wonderful, and the staff’s hospitality was exceptional. The cleanliness was outstanding, and the food was delicious with a great variety. I would especially like to thank the receptionist Domadiovs and the service staff member Mohamed Gamal for their outstanding service. The rest of the team was also amazing. Overall, the hotel is excellent and truly deserves more than a 10 out of 10.

i didn’t like it bcs the staff aren’t nice specially some people at the reception and i forgot my shampoo and then when i asked to look for it they said we never see it also someone from the reception he allowed to pay 70$ to let me go in to my friends room only for taking a shower imagine i’m not sleeping there im not doing anything so when i arrived 22/3 it was fully booked and my other two friends everyone got a room alone so it’s 2 rooms bcs my stay was 23/3 available date so we arrived 8pm i think 22/3 and i was sitting for 6 hours in lobby waiting for me friends to go out then after when i was about leaving he said i can’t keep my bags at the hotel you should book a room and now there’s an available room i said really after 6 hours im sitting in front of you bcs you said it’s fully booked when i said i will take a room from 22/3 so i can take a shower and go out but he said no you can pay 70$ idk why he insist maybe he will take the money for himself so i want to get my money back thanks.

From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. A special thanks to Domadios at reception for upgrading our room to a beautiful sea view, it truly made our stay even more enjoyable. All the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. A very special mention to the animation team (Cinda, Sajda, Ali, and Ghazi )who made this vacation unforgettable. My son absolutely adored them and was so attached! We also loved the daily parties ,they added such a fun and lively vibe to the stay. The aqua park was another highlight, and we truly enjoyed every moment there. The food and overall experience were fantastic, especially the BBQ Eid night and the seafood night both were outstanding. And I must not forget Om Yousef, who bakes the most breathtaking croissants! Highly recommended, and we will definitely be coming back.

Poor network coverage and slow internet

The staff are really nice and helpful, the place is entertaining, and the food variety is great.
