Bramble Cottage, hidden gem in Comber near Belfast

It is a newly renovated cottage set in the country side. We liked the peace and quiet, the birds and the little wild bunnies in the garden.

The property was absolutely stunning - a gorgeous contemporary renovation of an old farm building. Dazzling fixtures and fittings, beautiful exposed stone walls and wooden beams, warm underfloor heating, stunning kitchen and living room with log burner. It wasn’t like a holiday let it was like staying in someone’s beautiful home. We travel to Ireland regularly and have done for 20 years and we will always try and stay at the Brambles in the future. The hosts are fantastic too and accommodated our very need from early check in to a cot for the baby.

This cottage had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, and the finish and attention to detail in this beautiful cottage was second to none. It was a great base to visit WWT Castle Espie, W5 museum for the kids and on the last day we drove up to the Giant's Causeway too. Would definitely recommend!

Close distance to Belfast. Super fast fiber WiFi, beautifull, very well eqiuped, cosy, clean, warm (we arrived in cold weather and cottage was very warm on arrival), there was a list of everything we need to know about cottage and surroundings. Smart TV. Stove with some wood to burn. Loads of board games and books. Host was very nice, kind and helpfull (Shared tips and tricks about attractions around the place and on our further trip). This place well exceeded our expectation.

The cottage has been beautifully renovated and is comfortably furnished to a high standard. It made a great base for us as a family of four visiting attractions in Belfast and Giants Causeway. This is a lovely cottage and we would highly recommend it.
