The toilet seat was not attached properly and slid around.

This place was filth. The air didn't work (90 degree temperatures all weekend) the unit was so stuffy you could barely breathe. Couldn't keep the door open as it was also unsafe (witnessed drug deals and women coming and going all night) The shower was ice cold then skin burning hot with no change. Let's add the fact the BLACK MOLD growing in the AC unit why wonder it didn't work. Towels were also 20 years old and disgusting. Reached out and got no help beisdes to call management company that didnt answer or respond after multiple calls. We had to leave earlier then planned and then find a new place to stay on a busy weekend right away. This place couldn't have been more disgusting or a waste of time. Highly don't recommend and honestly have no idea how this is even available on this website.

Great size and price

Entrance stairs and center garden could use a pressure wash. Maybe a more comfortable chair. Thanks for the coffee… maybe add a few extra pods.

Location!

Digital check in failed multiple attempts; photo is function did not work; double charges to credit card, key code did not work; door doesn’t close, door height short (forced to duck), tv didn’t stream, toilet out of level, shower handle loose or broke, rattling fan, cook top squeaks when walking across the floor, etc. It could use some work for this room rate.

The property was very clean , it had everything we needed , they even provided a make up towel in the bathroom which I thought was a great touch , there was also a steamer which actually was a godsend since we were in town for a wedding and we got to steam our clothes for the event. The location was amazing, close to everything and walking distance to most food places. There is a coffee shop right next door which was great. Check in and check out were super easy and the host communicated very clearly and efficiently.

Parking situation, I think we should have a parking pass, I got a parking ticket and was not happy about that
