El lugar, Serca de la playa siendo próxima al lugar donde necesitaba estar.

Recomendaría en el apartamento, el cambio algunos utensilios de cocina, dado que están desgastado y muy utilizados...

The apartment is in a really good location, and it has everything you need if you want to prepare food same as comfortable bed and sofa.

I would say humidity there inside, since he doesn’t have windows you cannot really do anything about it even though the owners have some Anti humidity machine or how to call it. Also, it’s really strange how much they’re trying to tell you that the owner is old lady , that was in some woman’s really funny and in others really strange.
