Rooms not Clean. No Car Parking. AC not good. Booked triple occupancy and paid, but got double bed only. No extra mattress given. More interested in making money by cheating

I have travel from Hyderabad to Vijayawada and reached by 11:30 p.m. to the hotel then they have confirmed that there are no rooms and we have not confirmed the booking the staff response also very worst and please delete that hotel from your website
