The House Hotel Al Khiran

Our stay was absolutely fabulous. We enjoyed all the facilities of the hotel. It’s very clean and the business is beautiful place to do work. The pool was clean and enjoyable. The staff were extremely welcoming, friendly, and helpful. They offered everything we need. A special shout out to Simon at the reception who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The employees at the ladies pool are such sweethearts and the breakfast is very generous and diverse. We love it thank you!

Nothing , everything was amazing

A My wife and I booked a night to commemorate our 20th wedding anniversary at The House Hotel. We’ve never been to this hotel before and didn’t have any expectations whatsoever. Immediately after making the reservation on Booking.com I received a WhatsApp message from the hotel welcoming me and asked me if we have any special requests. I replied by asking if we could get a room at the upper levels of the establishment, i was granted a room on the 13th floor which turned out to be the highest level of the hotel. I also requested an early check in and was granted an 11am check in instead of 2pm (3 extra hours). I requested a late check out and was also granted a 4pm check instead of the 12pm (4 extra hours). And to top it off the management took it upon themselves to, complementarily, lavish the room with flower decorations in every corner of the room along with celebratory cake, chocolate and fruit basket. I have never in my life experienced this level of hospitality before even stepping foot into the establishment. On the day of our arrival i was greeted by everyone and asked for our luggage to be taken to our room as we went to have lunch in their i house restaurant. and to my surprise we were also given a 25% discount. The food was exceptionally good and offered a variety of cuisines sure to please everyone taste. In the end the food is very modestly priced and the portions were moderate. The room was very spacious, the furniture healthy and pleasant. The bed and pillows were very comfortable it felt as-if i was sleeping on my own bed at home. The toilet was exceedingly clean and tidy with extra towels of all sorts of sizes. The swimming pool is clean and spacious. The water is crystal clear and the temperature is perfect. All in all the experience was surprisingly pleasant and the establishment overall feels like a SIX Star hotel.

The place was clean and smelled great…the breakfast and dinner was great and the food taste was amazing…the pool area was lovely and my kids had great time.

Everything was amazing the staff , the receptionists , the ladies pool , the room was so clean and greatly fitting 3 adults , the breakfast food was so yummy and clean ❤️
