Fantastic location, mere minutes from the Royal Mile, about 15 mins from Edinburgh Castle. Comfortable home, comfortable double beds, including the sofabed in the lounge. Great service from the host, who left some tea, snacks and food for us. You can pay and display parking on St Mary’s St, or use NCP Hollyrood carpark - just 2 minutes’ walk away. Great value during the Fringe Festival. This was a cozy flat that really felt like a home - not some bare bones AirB&B place. I would definitely want to stay here again, if I have the chance. I also highly recommend the Edinburgh military tattoo at the castle, if you happen to be in town during the summer.

The walls between the rooms were not that soundproof, but this was ok for us.

Great location, near the centre. Fully equipped apartment, with lots of additional bits and bobs to be used (sweets, hair straightener, curler, hygienic items for ladies, etc…) nice and clean.

Rubbish bins right outside of the window - poeple throwing out glass after 10pm (noisy). Heating in bathroom could not be turned off - upper floor hence really warm. Leftovers in the fridge - unfinished pesto, olives and other…

The apartment is located just off of Royal Mile. It made it easy for us to explore Edinburgh.

The towels could be upgraded. A shelf added in the bathroom would help so that you had a place to put your toiletries.

Excellent location

All the space and the location are fantastic! We were able to cook and relax while there and had great ease taking in all the sights too.

Not negatives but it was very warm with the heaters and not being able to open windows. We turned off the heaters and it was still pretty warm. But the weather was very fine too. Also the price. Much more than we would spend for 2 nights anywhere but with everything it came with its location, the price is what the old part of town allows.

Very comfortable apartment with lots of space and a perfect location for exploring old town.

Only that it was cold when we arrived, but we were able to turn up the boiler, so not really an issue.
