Lovely Two Bedroom Apartment, with private garden!

The location was great with just a short walk into Torquay and it was very good value for money. The kitchen was nice and functional. The lounge had 1 nice big comfy sofa which seated 4 of us. The 2 beds were comfortable. The owner replied to messages quickly and offered to clean up the flood. It was ok just for 1 night.

It was flooded when we arrived and there was a strange smell. We tried to mop the floor but the mop was useless. It states there is parking but the only place was in front of some garages and in the morning we had to move our car as we were blocking someone's garage which is apparently a common occurrence. The shower was only a trickle unless it was extreme temperatures.

Everything beautiful apartment great location will definitely be booking again in the near future 😃 we also left flowers to say thank you 🙏

I like the fact that this apartment is central. We could walk to the seaside. It is a small but nice little place for a quick getaway. You have your own little space to sit outside. You have wifi and nice options for relaxing watching tv. The place is clean except for a few minor places that seem to be forgotten. The owners were very prompt in answering our questions, and even when we left 2 coats in the wardrobe, they were prompt to collect and keep it for us. Great owners of this apartment.

There are no windows in the rooms. There is not a lot of space to move around or to leave your suitcase. In my opinion, the beds are too big for the rooms. The wardrobe in the main room next to the table is not usable because the table takes up the space. A smaller table there would have been better. We moved the table a little bit to open the wardrobe, just to find cobwebs in there and very dusty. It doesn't look like it was cleaned for a while. In the small room, the black cubicles where you have to put my clothes are so dusty that I would rather leave my clothes in my bag. The next-door neighbours didn't sleep at all during the night. They were making noise and talked loudly right through the night, and until we left the music and loud talking continued. We didn't have much sleep because of that. This apartment has lots of potential with a bit of tender loving care and some consideration from the neighbours.

After a tired evening we came to this property and this was all we wanted. To be able to cook. Take a warm shower and goto sleep on clean bed.
