Casa Perla vicino al mare

Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte per un evento nelle vicinanze: la casa è molto particolare all'esterno, con colori molto vivaci che mettono di buon umore! Abbiamo trovato l'interno dotato di tutti i comfort e pulito. L'host si è resa da subito molto disponibile e la comunicazione veloce. Consiglio!

Very clean and neat! very friendly owner

For us it was a good experience, on a rather budget side. We enjoyed our stay as a large family, 4 adults, a teenager and a dog) The house is divided into three apartments, we lived in the central, smallest one. Two other have each own garden space which we envied a little. The kitchen and a bathroom were new and comfortable, with everything we needed. the host is a lovely woman, very polite and responsive, eager to meet any smallest requests or question. The position is quite nice, maybe 20-25 minutes from the sea.:There is a small amusement park nearby, with bar, waterslides and a mini golf course. The sea has a large public free beach, which is a rare commodity in Italy. There is also a large pine trees area attached to the beach and free camps for beach volleyball and football which we all appreciated very much. There are planty of cafes and restaurants. attached to the area. The area in general occupied mostly by campings, the house offers more comfortable alternative to a camping for the almost same money.

Everything was actually great. Rather as an advise: It was a first season for the owner, and there were no wi-fi, which would be nice to have as a cellular signal was pretty weak in that area. Also would be great to have couple of bikes. Both issues the owner promised to think about. There are couple of rental bike shops near the beach however. Another thing, there were no A/C, for us it wasn't a problem, ventilators coped with the heat well. Nights are usually fresh and pleasant there.
