No era cómodo, muy pequeño, no tenía aire

Location, quiet, rooftop terrace.

We had a one night day as we were climbing Acetenango in the morning. Understandably, they put us near the entrance of the hotel as we were leaving early but it meant it was quite noisy. Our door also didn't lock properly and even after notifying the team nothing was done but for such a short stay it wasn't a huge issue. All in all, it's a great location and for the price it's perfect for a short stay!

He estado ahí y es bueno.

Es un caos administrativo. Tuve que lidiar con ellos por semanas para que me cambiaran una reserva. Insistían que lo hiciera por Bookings, pero siempre me lo rechazaban. Cuando finalmente ellos aceptaron a cambiarlo, no lo hicieron correctamente y Bookings me avisó un día aleatorio, que no había solicitado, que ese día era la reserva. Lo di por perdido, pero días después ellos se comunican conmigo consultándome cuándo iba a llegar.

Sehr hübsche Unterkunft, sieht man der Straßenansicht gar nicht an, was für ein schöner Innenhof mit Fontaine sich da verbirgt, voller latinoamerikanischem Flair. Sehr gute Lage, um die historische Altstadt ein einem Tag zu erkunden, Plaza Central und Kathedrale, Colegio Compañía, Ruinas de Santa Clara, Iglesia de la Merced und vor allem der sensationell schöne Blick auf den Arco de Santa Catalina mit Volcán de Agua dahinter im Durchgang (bekanntestes Motiv von Guatemala neben Tikal) sind fußläufig ohne Problem zu erreichen.

Eigentlich dachten wir, es wäre Frühstück mit im Preis, war aber nicht. Das Zimmer (3 Leute) war etwas eng und bot kaum Ablagefläche. Parkplatz gab es, nicht kostenlos war vorher klar. Störend war aber, dass die bewachte Tiefgarage schon ein ganzes Stück weg war, unter einem anderen Hotel. Und sehr teuer, bis 150 Quetzales (16-17€) am Tag. Ohne Stellplatz geht aber nichts, enge UNESCO Altstadt mit schmalen Sträßchen, eh alles Einbahnstraßen im Schachbrett. Von daher, froh, einen Parkplatz gehabt zu haben.

Muy buena ubicación. Tranquilo.

El tamaño de la habitación muy pequeño. En la información ofrecían parqueadero y esa fue una de las razones por la que elegí el hotel. Al llegar me dijeron que no contaban con parqueadero, ni siquiera convenio con alguno.
