Chic Large Studio Apt Near Ocean Drive South Beach

The hotel itself was not bad, but we were very disappointed with the owner’s attitude. We repeatedly asked for a small favor that could have been resolved quite easily, yet we were met with a complete lack of willingness to help. What surprised us even more was that despite the shortcomings in the service, the owner contacted us three times asking for a 10-star review. In our opinion, excellent ratings are not earned by repeatedly asking guests for 10 stars, but by providing quality service and being willing to accommodate customers’ reasonable requests. Customer care is what truly determines whether guests will want to return. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.

Easy check in/out. Close to everything you can possibly need. Short walk to the beach/Ocean Drive. Perfect location

Always a comfortable stay

nice location , washer and dryer, kitchen furniture and towels both bath and beach

not so good furniture, we didn’t know that it is just unit without any guard (not like in a hotel). guess it was too expensive for such apartments without guard pool
