Spacious Modern House. Private Heated Pool and Spa

The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all daily.

Maybe a little overpriced

The house itself is lovely with a well equipped kitchen and really lovely rooms. The beds are comfy and the pool and pool area was a lovely place to relax.

Our main issue was the hot tub. It was advertised as having a functioning tub with lid. But there was no lid and so the tub was never able to get up to a usable temperature for us. We did contact the owner who simply suggested the previous guests must have taken the lid. (This makes no sense to me - why would guests take a hot tub lid? ) ! It is also a shame the house is advertised suggesting there is use of bbq and fire pit yet neither had any fuel for us to use these or any advice on how/where we might get refill gas or kindling. So our excitement at making use of all the outdoor amenities during our once in a lifetime trip to Florida was somewhat spoiled. We chose this house carefully as we knew exactly what we would like to do during our stay in the USA but unfortunately we did feel let down. However, overall we really enjoyed the house and, if you are not wanting all the extras (or are American so perhaps know how to get a refill for gas and where they sell kindling) it was a fab base for a lovely holiday.

Quiet block

The water spa we weren’t able to use because it had a strong smell of chemicals. The entire kitchen was full of sugar ants. Counter, sink, inside cabinets, ontop of clean dishes and cups and glasses inside cabinets and kitchen table. Ridiculous Closet doors need to be fix they continually kept coming off the track. Also sliding door heading to the pool was to hard to be sliding it to open up.
