The location of the apartment is great. The furniture in general is quite new.

It is very tight apartment, especially the living room with the dining space and one bedroom are quite tiny. The kitchen is in a bad condition, with no dishwasher and a very dirty diswashing sponge. There is missing some kitchenware. The sockets in the master bedroom are all covered with duct tape as they don't function. Electrical installation is not ok, as the cables can be seen outside the walls in each room. The pillow cover could be cleaner as there were still hair and stains on it. The apartment needs some care.
