Cosy 1 Bedroom Bungalow Between Basildon & Wickford

Host was very responsive.

Sofa bed was uncomfortable and ended up covered in massive bites. Kitchen area wasn’t very clean and had very little cutlery. Half a toilet roll for the week for 2 people.

Immaculately clean, exceptionally comfortable, and perfect for families. This cosy bungalow offers a warm, relaxing home-away-from-home atmosphere where guests can unwind and enjoy a peaceful stay.

Nothing really

Location, noisy, bit grubby, no relaxing . Gave up and left at 1am when residents seems to let the dogs out to bark all night. It’s a mix of static caravans and cheap looks bungalows. Not for me this one

Sweet little bungalow ,very lowkey and private, has everything there , being able to watch live premiere league games was a touch , will definitely stay again

Table in lounge was not secure and when i put laptop on top, the glass tipped and the edge fell onto my big toe and broke it. So I had no sleep at all.

The host communicated very well and was clear about directions and key codes etc.

We were situated between different caravans, near us one gentleman was on 'tag' and the area was quite unkempt and rundown. We were told we'd be in a bungalow but it wasn't, it was like a chalet and not in a super state of repair. The TV didn't work and nor did the microwave. There was hair and lint on the floor and a few little bugs, even one in the cutlery drawer. It was really hot because it's basically like a caravan, although not that much space. The fixtures and fittings were loose, mirror in bedroom cracked, mirror in living room fell off the wall. I had a 4 year old in the property and it was definitely not suitable for him. Admittedly I didn't complain because we didn't arrive til 10pm and we checked out at 9am, had we been booked for more than a quick sleep I would not have stayed. I don't recommend this place,l.

I had to prompt for the check-in details, and the owner gave the wrong name for my booking. I did not feel safe in the area of the property and did not end up staying, I sort alternative accommodation - the room is located on a traveller site. The bedding was stained and the room was very tired and run down.
