GBThe view from the apartment was beautiful! The apartment itself was clean and very cosy. The neighbouring area too was quite a scenic beauty. There were a few pubs and restaurants down the street along the river, we didn't get to try any but they looked quite beautiful.
The only thing we didn't like was that there is no elevator in the building so you have to haul your luggage up 2 floors which is quite annoying after a long travel.
GBIt's absolutely lovely place to stay. My family love it Already recommending this for a friend who also wish to visit Scotland soon.
There should be lift/elevator in the building for comfort and easy access.
GBLocation was fab lots of restaurants, shops and cafes nearby. Tram stop into Edinburgh only a five minutes walk away . Apartment was very clean with a comfortable double bed.
No information pack left at property . Also I did not get the full checkin details until only 16 hours before check in . However once host contacted me through WhatsApp it was all smooth and easy to checkin.

Flat on third floor. Not suitable for elderly people. Small and limited space in the second bedroom.

ITThe flat was nice and comfy. It's a brand new flat perfect for 4/5 people. The location is great near lots of amenities and restaurants, and a 10 min away from the city centre by bus. The harbour area is only a 5 minute walk and it's a beautiful area. We had an issue with theol check-in which was solved immediately and the host gave us a box of chocolates (which was a nice touch). All together we had a pleasant stay!
The flat was clean but under the kitchen was very dirty (lots of dust from nearly finished redecoration works). Communication with the host was ok but check-in details could have been clearer. The flat is located on the 3 floor with no lift. It wasn't a problem for us but something to consider if someone has big luggage or mobility issues.
IMThe bed
The 42 stairs up to the apartment every day🤦♀️🥴 a nightmare if carrying shopping up also only one curtain on the window in bedrooms, the apartment was no way near the size it shows on the photos

Could have been cleaner. Certainly wouldn't have used jacuzzi as bath wasn't that clean so I would think the jets wouldn't be that clean either. Shower screen also not great. Glass in door to living room not clean. Sofa really uncomfortable. Decor not great. Such a shame as it is a lovely apartment in a great location. It wouldn't take much to make it amazing. eg two bedrooms, one pair of curtains between the two rooms. Curtains in living room not even ironed. It's these tiny things that make the difference. A proper door stop to living area rather than rolled up cardboard.
