Brand new city centre apartment, free parking spot

Very happy with my stay at the place! It has everything necessary. Super quiet area. Easily accessible and close to city centre. I would definitely stay there again :)

Nice new flat with two separate rooms, living room, kitchenette and bathroom. Location is in quiet area of city approximately 15 minutes by walk from center and about 15 minutes from Kadriorg park. There is a TV with internet connection, Youtube, Netflix, ... . Flat is located on second floor and there is no lift in the building.

Not much to point out, maybe small details. The bigger room has only sofa bed, which is a bit lower and not as comfortable as standard bed. There could be a coffee machine in the flat. There were only 2 tablets for dishwasher so we bought more. Utensils, plates, cups are all in 4 pieces so once you use them in the morning, you have to wash manually or run dishwasher to get them ready for lunch or dinner. It would be better to have more pieces. When someone opens and closes the door in building hallway, wind draft moves the flat entrance door so, that it sounds as if someone was trying to open it.

Wonderful apartment on the second floor. Perfect cleanliness. All amenities. Excellent parking. Large smart TV.

Good location, the owner organised and advised the access codes to the property in advance. The property was nice and tidy with tea and coffee facilities available on arrival what was very nice. The grocery shop is not far away from the property.

The sofa-bed was a bit difficult to operate and not very comfortable. Maybe it would be a good idea to leave some instructions how to unfold a bed from the folded sofa in the flat. The property located on a quite busy road which was very noisy during the nighttime.

Its the brand new apartment in the brand new building. Very well equipted, has the spacious parking place just next by. Very comfy self check in. The central location, tgere are cafes and reztaurants around.
