Hidden Gem in Calton Hill

Location was fabulous. Love a lounge that is not fabric so it can be wiped clean. Bed is really good. A comfortable apartment. Would stay here again. Fabulous ovenware in kitchen cupboard. Loved the stainless steel saucepans.

The pastry crumbs that were spread over an area of the dining table when we arrived. So much for arriving to a clean apartment. Makes me wonder what else wasn’t cleaned. The plastic kettle. I had to boil my water on the stove for my cups of tea as I didn’t want carcinogenic water to drink. A stainless steel lined kettle is essential. Towel rail needs to be wider or a hook on the back of the door. Too squashed for two towels. Need a hand towel hook. Clothes horse is way too tiny. A wider one would save on electricity as the dryer would not need to be used as much. Better for the environment to utilise the sun. No carpet is always better so it can be mopped clean.

Great location, well appointed property. Great views from the deck. Large comfy bed. Liked the full kitchen & separate living area. Fully renovated, well presented property.

Would have liked to hang up a couple of clothes. Would have been fine in the cupboards in the kitchen / laundry side.

Good and spacious, comfortable bed, very good bathroom. This is an excellent apartment in a quiet area, great view over city and easy to access all parts of Dunedin. Simon was easy to contact . Would come here again.

Some hanging space

The bed was nice and comfy and it had plenty of amenities. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking your own meals. It had a nice view out the back on the balcony. I enjoyed my stay. It was a good accommodation to be stuck in for a day when my child was sick..

Had comphy beds

The staff canceled my stay before I even got there and was trying to say i did something wrong but never could give any reason, then he just ignored me. Thank you, Simon. im happy to resolve this issue with you if you could let me know what I've done wrong im fully happy to fix that

Modern, tidy, easy access, good comms from owner, no complaints really

The location just out of town easy reach of st Clare , state highway. View great. Lots on street parking
