Tromso Downtown Apartments - Main Street

Good location in the centre of Tromsø near shops and points of interest, good kitchen facilities, all the rooms are spacious and comfortable, nice view of the cathedral out of the windows

There is only one toilet and shower, this was completely fine for us as we were only staying as a couple, but the property can sleep at least 6 people so this is something to keep in mind if staying as a larger group. Also no parking space so need to use nearby public carparks if hiring a car, which can be expensive

Location was great.

Very sparse - no basic tea/coffee and only minimal toiletries. Not really a bathroom - just a small cupboard in cubicle in laundry room. Wouldn’t suit more than 1-2 nights or 1-2 people despite 3 bedrooms.

Lovely warm apartment in an amazing central location looking towards the old wooden cathedral. Secure apartment, with enough space for the group of 5 adults (2 couples & 1 single). Kitchen was well stocked with the utensils we needed enabling us to prepare our own meals instead of eating out the whole time.

Being a tourist town in mid winter prices were high, but also understandable for Norway.

Spacious Apartment very well located, walking distance to all tours we had booked and to cable car. Very nice view over the town square. Very attentive host.

We stayed over a Saturday night and front bedroom was a bit noisy (due to taxi stand) right outside windows. All other nights were not a problem.

Location was awesome, couldn’t have been better to access the ice bar, shopping and pick up points for whale watching and northern lights tours. 3 comfy bedrooms, good shower, separate toilet and good kitchen facilities.

In one of the twin rooms, a bed was In front of the radiator so no warmth was getting into room. Also only plug point was too far away for the bedside light to work. All sorted by moving the bed but would be good idea to include an extension cable.

The location is amazing - very central, close to restaurants, shops and attractions, with a fabulous view of the Domkirke. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped. Very clean. Key collection was easy and we were shown around the property on arrival.
