Noise from other guests, TV was far from the bed and small, the bed was a little uncomfortable.

They ask for a £100 deposit. Which I paid. Almost 2 weeks later I am still waiting for them to return my deposit. They have my bank details. Assured me prompt return of the deposit. Still waiting& now they won’t respond to messages. Booking.com are now involved. DO NOT BOOK. THEY DO NOT RETURN YOUR DEPOSIT!!!
