My son forgot to clean a simple oven tray and we were charged £36 for it, it’s costs £6 for 2 brand new oven trays in Argos but if soaked it would of come off, absolutely disgusting fee to charge, yes he should of cleaned it but simply forgot,

Clean. Comfy bed. Good location for us.

Well so much. Was promised the whole apartment but found a bedroom with kitchenette and a separate bathroom on a different floor!!! Both with door code locks so if you have to go downstairs in the middle of the night you have to remember the code to get in to use the bathroom. Husband 80 so that was a no go. Waited 4 hours to be moved to another of their properties en-suite. But told we would be charged £15 for cleaning of the room we waited in. New room better but curtains didn't close and 2 feet off the floor. Fridge in a cupboard so not easy to use. No mirror or towel rail in the bathroom. Hot water tap didn't work in there in the sink. Unreliable electric shower went suddenly freezing. Paint coming off the wall in there as well. Bed in an alcove so we both had to crawl in too! Pillows almost flat so very uncomfortable and only 1 each. Only hard plastic dining chairs to sit on for three days so very stiff by the Monday! Tv only usable if you have accounts with streaming services. Had to assist two lads staying in our original building next door when their fire alarm went off. Very stressful. The rubbish outside our door was very smelly and had obviously been allowed to pile up for some time. The accommodation was advertised with parking but when we got there it was residents only from 8am to 6pm and we were told traffic wardens patrol there regularly giving tickets so that was very inconvenient. It took 15 days to get our damage deposit back instead of the promised 6-10 days so asked for the full amount back which I was given.

I will be booking this again, had everything we needed, tv, dining room/kitchen, separate bedroom, fridge, microwave, kettle, etc, it was very clean, we met the cleaning lady and she was absolutely lovely, the bed was super comfy, absolutely no problems, easy to access the building, everywhere we wanted to go was within walking distance. The price was also great, there was also a washing machine if we needed to use it. Very happy guests 💕

The only thing, it was so hot in our room but that was due to the weather and can't be helped x

Had a sink, kettle, fridge and microwave.

Bathroom not in room. Too far from town.

The window covering didn't cover the windows so the street light that was on outside the window lit up the room all night. No security coverings on the windows on street level so anybody can look straight into the room at anytime. The door to the room wasn't secure or soundproofed so every time anybody entered the building you could hear them all through the night. The room was full of flies. I made a complaint on the first night and the property owners were not interested at all. Do NOT ever stay here unless you don't value your sleep!

pillows were flat. curtains had marks and holes in them and didn't block the light out. no lamp in room stated that there is a fire extinguisher under sink that was not there although there was a fire blanket . the carpet had what appeared to be 2 cig burns in. The outside of the building looked unkempt just felt like a hostel was a bit annoyed at paying a retainer fee for this. I have stayed here previously and thought we would give it another try! unlikely to stay here again.

Liked it was spacious

Only 1 pillow supplied for each of us. Prefer 2 pillows for sleeping. Tv too small
