Lake House Westchase area. Heated Pool Waterfront!

Owner was very responsive to requests. The Master's bedroom is very spacious, including the huge bathroom, and has more than adequate closet spaces. Location is scenic, serene and relaxing. Ideal for a big family holiday.

A lovely spot close to everything but also private and quiet. Hosts were so lovely and really went above and beyond. i cannot give higher praise to the lake house and to the people running it. 12/10!

Pool table didn't work. Lock on the sliding door didn't work for 2 days. Bathtub was dirty. The grill was dirty. Pool was dirty

Ross and Elizabeth were such great hosts. They were immediately available to assist with anything that came up. Super helpful with restaurant recommendations. Beautiful property!!!!!! Will stay again.

This was a beautiful property and a really peaceful home away from home.   There were plenty of bedrooms, 3 bathrooms which is unheard of in the Tampa area, a great kitchen and island for cooking for our welcome gathering (pretty much everything I needed was there for cooking utensils and pots), and tons of indoor and outdoor common spaces for my team to spread out.   Really enjoyed, highly recommend, would go back if in that area of Tampa again.  They even shipped back an Amazon package that was delivered after I left.   Truly impeccable customer service. 

This was a private, tucked away property, on the waters edge, so insects were expected. Except for the tiny flies by the door upon entry (which the owners are actively trying to fix), and random bugs that come in because it's Florida, no major issues. Maybe having bug spray readily available would be nice. Also, one large pot would have been helpful. With a house of this size, it's not weird to think a group might need something a little larger. I also missed air fryer so maybe an addition for the future. I know those are so minor, but maybe things to add value for new bookings. Unsure how the pool was heated but also didn't inquire. Felt a little cooler than I would have loved but also refreshing after a long day. This is a no smoking property which I didn't realize and a lot of my staff were smokers so knowing that in advance or having a designated place they could accommodate them would have been great. Lastly, do keep in mind that there is a house manager on the property, separate home, but as long as you stay out of their parking, they won't bother you.
