XL Exclusive Penthouse by Copenhagen City & Tivoli

Nice apartment located on the top floor. We stayed with two couples and the apartment had everything we needed. Easy access through code and great location of the apartment. Worth the money in our opinion!

Bathroom was quite small and awkward with the shower curtain halfway in the toilet. For couple of nights, we found it OK, for longer stays it would become annoying.

Our reservation got cancelled the same day we arrived although we payed. We had to call booking to get another place.

Great location and the two rooms were okay.

The add says 3 rooms but one it's more like a pantry, very small. Furthermore, that room it was supposed to have two beds but only had one. The add also says sofa-bed but it was just a normal sofa. Two of the people had two sleep in the sofa and we only had the reimbursement of one person. The contact person was also super rude. Only once we contacted the booking team that they tried to solve the issues. After the trip they contacted me to try to make the reimbursement of the other person but I never heard of them again. Super bad stay over all, do not go there.

Location is brilliant close to the town. Plenty of rooms and spacious living and dining area.

5th floor no lift not ideal with kids and prams, oven didn’t work, bathroom could do with something dividing the shower area and the toilet so the whole bathroom doesn’t get wet.

We're really disappointed. Outside was 5 degrees and at home it was freezing. Only one of the heaters in the living room worked, but it didn't heat much: - in Kitchen, there wasn't enough cutlery; - there were no kitchen towels; - the bathroom without heater and was freezing; - the water in the shower had no pressure; - the smallest badroom near the kitchen had no blackout and no heater; - in the other badroom do not have blackouts, we’re broken; - the windows were very dirty in all of the apartment. Our stay was very uncomfortable. We asked to the team to solve the problem’s refere to the heating, and they didn’t do nothing to help us. We don’t recommend this place for anyone.

Great . Right next to where the train came in from the the airport . And the train to Sweden too
