The flat is perfect! It literally had everything we needed!! ❤️ We were there with our teenage daughter and she loved having her own room to chill in. The flat is spacious and has air-conditioning in every room. Our host was a gentleman 😊 so welcoming and helpful. He gave us lots of information and was available if we needed any help or advice. Overall it was a fabulous stay and I can't recommend it enough if you are staying in or near Valencia!!

We loved everything!

I was travelling with my boyfriend and my parents & this apartment was perfect for our stay! It was really hard to find an apartment for reasonable price with to double beds, but this place was absoluletly wonderful :) -our host: Fabio, is amazing! He answered quickly, was very kind and attentive. He was very flexible with the check in and also recommended some great places to visit! -location: the flat is close to the center of the city, also to the City of Arts and Sciences. We rented bikes & walked a lot and nothing was hard to reach. There's a bustop, valenbisi station and supermarket within 3 minutes. The neighbourhood was quiet and safe. -the flat: it is just like on the pictures! Great effort and attention was put into the details. The 2 double beds were very comfy, as well as the pillows (which is a huge plus for me). The kitchen is fully stocked from utensils, to glasses, cooking stuff, towels, bath stuff (even hairdryer). There are 3 airconditioners which is also amazing in my opinion. It was also very clean & fully prepared for our stay.

The only negative thing for us was the quality of the air inside the flat (it smelled kind of funny and stale), meaning: the flat is in an older building & you can really only air it out from the window facing the street so fresh air hardly gets in. I have respiratory allergies which flared up a bit here, but was nothing severe. The flat is located on the street level, so our window looked out to the street, but it had blinds and it was a quiet neighbourhood. We arrived after it was raining a while, so we couldn't use the inside patio or open the windows looking out to it because it was full of insects & it didn't dry out during our stay.

The property was amazing, very nicely decorated, clean and everything was very well mantained. Fabio was lovely, helpful, responsive and did his best for us to have a great holiday. Will surely come back!

The apartment is very clean and nicely decorated, I loved the little details. The host met us there to hand us the keys and gave us tips for the city. Location is awesome close by to many bars and restaurants.

A great welcome from Fabio and Felippe. Communications were excellent, we were given local recommendations, and Fabio responded positively to every request. The location is great, a few minutes from Ruzafa and very quiet. The flat has good amenities, including plenty of crockery/glasses, a coffee machine, kettle, good shower and air conditioning in every room.

There were only two of us, and the apartment is probably best for a couple.

The flat was immaculate and the hosts were really easy to deal with and nice.
