لم يتركو لي شياً لم يعجبني

المكان عبارة تحفة فنية تجسد جمال البيئة النوبية بالوان هادية و تصميم غاية في الرقة والجمال

مشكلته الوحيدة الصعود الدور الاول والاخير بدون مصعد لكن بالنسبة لي شيء بسيط امام الواجهة و الاهتمام الداخلي بالمكتن

Very clean, view and location

Appartement spacieux et très propre, bien entretenu avec une très belle vue sur la mer Bien équipé : serviettes, savon, liquide vaisselle, lessive, eau, papier toilette...

Immeuble un peu ancien de l'extérieur (mais c'est comme presque tous les immeubles en Alexandrie) cela n'a pas été contraignant pour nous, mais pour les personnes à mobilité réduite, veuillez noter qu'il y a des marches pour accéder à l'ascenseur et ce dernier s'arrête un étage avant (donc un étage à faire à pieds)

The property is clean, partial sea view

1. No car parking available nearby. 2. I expected that it’s an hotel but I got shocked when I found it just an apartment in 15th floor within an old residential building you need to use stairs for the ground floor and the roof floor as well, tragedy if you have luggage. 3. The elevator which you can use for 13 floor has a limit 3 person only. 4. The direction of the flat and the balconies is north-east so the weather may be a quite hot. 5. Some difficulty to reach the building. 6. The cost is pretty higher than value. The worst thing at all is that no phone number is recorded here at booking app before booking to inquire about these issues (I.e. car parking availability, is that unit within a hotel …), you need to try by yourself.

The location is prime. Easy to find. It was so clean, and the stuff was nice. The decoration is cherishing. It has all the needed facilities. The bathrooms are very clean. The view is breathtaking. It will not be my last time insha'llah.
