"The perfect base to explore Hoi An."

Fantastic location in the centre of the old area of Hoi An. Very friendly helpful team - particularly helpful with fixing a trip to Hue, when all the standard trips were fully booked. Good breakfast options. Quick and effective clothes washing for guests.

The bedside lights could have been better - it's helpful if there are lights on both sides of the bed, with enough light to read a book.

"Great location, no frills."

Excellent location right in the heart of the old town and looks very cute.

If you want privacy in room you have to keep the shutters closed blocking out all daylight. Room was right next to public dining area! Light curtains would have been very helpful. And the only lighting in the room is very bright ceiling lights or one very dim bedside lamp. More lamps and low lights would be good. The floor wasn’t swept at any time during our stay as there was sand all over the tiles from a previous guest. Breakfast was ok - not a buffet just a choice of a few basic dishes. Rooms good size but very basic fit out with a loose fridge and shelving. We ended up staying an extra night at another nearby hotel with a pool and buffet breakfast for the same price.

"Heerlijk rustpunt in het drukke Hou aan - AANRADER !"

Een oase van rust in het toch wel drukke Hoi An - sfeervol verbouwd gastenverblijf met een goed bed, prima schoonmaak, goed ontbijt en niet te vergeten het personeel dat zich 200% inzet voor haar gasten. Speciaal compliment voor Uyen die je met alles helpt. Aanrader!

"It was a perfectly as described and I would definitely stay again on my next visit back to Hoi An!"

The staff and location were great. Breakfast included was a big plus. I had a very early flight leaving at 6am and they so kindly had orange juice and a sandwich prepared for me to take on the road. The security guard came a few minutes before just to make sure I was awake!

Staff absolutely amazing nothing was a problem always a smile every day . Always answered questions and gave us good tips . Definitely will be telling others and com8ng back ourselves

Bed too hard but when asked for extra padding was delivered . Coffee a bit strong ... No other complaints
