Duplex Terrace- 2BED 2BATH- CHUECA

Die Lage des Apartments war hervorragend - es war absolut ruhig, da es eine Maisonette-Wohnung im Hinterhaus war. Man hat vom Verkehr etc. nichts gehört und selbst die Nachbarn waren absolut ruhig. Die Küche war gut bzw. sehr gut ausgestattet, das Bett im Schlafzimmer unten war gut, es war ausreichend Platz (Schränke etc.) vorhanden; das Badezimmer unten war ebenfalls gut. Fernseher und Klimaanlage funktionierten überall (auch im DG) sehr gut.

Die Couch im Wohnzimmer war quasi nicht benutzbar, das sie vollkommen durchgesessen und schmutzig war. Selbst wenn man Kissen unter die Sofakissen gelegt hat , saß man nicht bequem. Die Couch muss definitiv sofort erneuert werden. Die Möbel auf der Terrasse waren völlig veraltete Holzstühle sowie ein sehr alter Holztisch, die so stark wackelten und quietschten, dass sie ständig drohten zusammenzubrechen. Tisch und Stühle auf der Veranda müssen ebenfalls sofort komplett erneuert werden. Das Badezimmer im DG war sehr klein, das 2. Bett im DG wackelte ebenfalls sehr stark und konnte nicht benutzt werden.

Lovely hip neighborhood with lots of shops and great restaurants located near the train as well as within walking distance to many tourist sites. It's on the fourth floor, but there is a small elevator. Too small for me, but the rest of the family loved having it available.

The closet in the primary bedroom did smell very strongly of mold, so we just kept it closed and stored our clothing elsewhere. As long as the closet was closed, there was no smell.

Location ok

Property very small not very clean unsuitable with spiral staircase and not able to stand up. Freezer was so full of ice it could not be used. Up stairs shower was not working properly ac not working. Although it was attended to we had 2 days with out. apartment was not very clean

Amazing location, has all the facilities required for our weekend stay, including a good hairdryer - essential for people traveling with hand luggage only!! Good communication, making check-in easy. Would book again.

The apartment needs a little tlc. The wardrobe in the main bedroom smells damp and the air conditioning unit has dripped water down the wall.

Location ir perfect! In centre but quiet! All by foot

The 1 floor is comportable, The second floor only for sleep, because ceiling is too law, not for tall people.
