Sun Valley Comfort Apartment - Hosted by Sweetstay

The owner/manager was aware that the was an issue with the power and didn't do anything about it before our arrival. Stayed in the streets for over 6 hours until the issue was resolved. The kitchen was infested with ants. There was broken glass in the bathroom when we arrived. The washing machine did not work and despite notifying the manager of the issue on the first day nothing was done to fix it. The beds are uncomfortable. The couch in the living room is dirty and everytime we sat on it we both got an itchy rash. Not recommended at all.

Space, cleanliness etc

The front blinds were broken, sofa is very dirty (feel like the apartment had a few disrespectful guests)

No breakfast and location is OK

1, The address is confusion and not easy to find it. 2, Four days staying without the Wi-Fi,, they even provided the wrong network name and passwords. 3, We asked the Weetstay to fix the problems of kitchen tape on the sink, the plumber never shows up until we left. 4, I request the full refund of deposit and compensation on the poor customer support. 5, Please read through our conversations with Sweetstay on my account.
