Everything! There was no key in the front door. We weren't told we had to go to the back to open up. A man came and looked confused and disgruntled and said, "Not again." It must happen a lot. He says he just lives there. I tried to call the owner, and there was no answer and got through to a non-English speaking answerphone message. Luckily, the guy ket us in and looked a bit apologetic but also a bit annoyed too, and I am not surprised! Then the walls are paper thin so you can hear the person in the next room cough like you are in the same room as them. The place doesn't feel clean or comfortable. Everything is old and grubby and just not a nice place to stay at all! Don't let the pictures fool you. It feels like a student home and worse than a bad hostel. There was one power socket in the room for the lamp shade...the bed was old and squeaky. Worh maybe max £10-15 a night

7 persons to one bathroom - I was waiting over 2h to use toilet. Shower tray was very dirty inside, so I've used shower on gym everyday. Pictures on adverisment are different from reality in that house. I dropped pictures on whatsapp to Bruna with comment when I check in but I hadn't feedback from her.
