Shower - water pressure very low Table in the living room - broken - one leg is off Kettle - broken Lights - no lights in the living area and dining area Fans - 2 broken Floor 4 - no elevator, wasnt explained in property description, very inconvenient for elder and brought up luggages Kitchen and room electricity - off , panel cant be opened.

The location was great, and the apartment was generally comfy.

We had a lot of difficulty dealing with the property management even before we arrived (they are not very flexible). Then, on check-in day, we were exhausted and waited until the set 4 p.m. check-in time, but the cleaner was there for an additional 40 minutes. If you end up staying here, make sure you check under the fitted sheets on the bed first. When we were removing the sheets upon departure, we saw a bunch of old urine stains on the bed. Pretty disgusting. I have a picture, but no one needs to see that.

The location was fantastic, and the apartment was clean and modern. Having a kitchen and a laundry was very useful. It's very close to Netto, a grocery, for when you want to eat in. Even when a party was going on outside, it was pretty quiet in the room.

The duvets were hot, and there weren't any plain top sheets. Maybe we should have taken them apart. Our family walks a lot, so we were fine, but be ready to climb stairs!

The apartment was super cosy and well furnished! Also, the location was great and within walking distance to the metro, supermarkets and shopping street. The staff were really nice and responsive and even called to check that we were well settled in. Absolutely loved the apartment and will definitely book this amazing property on my next visit to Copenhagen!
