Coolidge 3bd 2ba upgraded apartment with amenities

it has a key punch pad and a door lock so we didn't know which to use the code on. there was insufficient information on how to use the key pad so it was difficult to get in. Other pads I have used waited until everything stopped moving. this one you have to open when you get the green check and not wait or you can't get in. there were no instructions on how to lock the door when we left. the lock was also very "sticky" so it didn't move easily. Management was totally unresponsive to problems.

the apartment was basically nice and comfortable. We were surprised there was no coffee, and the listing didn't say that but it did have a standard coffee maker or k-cup so that was good. the mirrors in both bathrooms need to be replaced. However, the most frustrating experience was management. The were totally unresponsive. The listing said there was a hair drying in the apartment, and I was counting on that for a formal evening. even after 5 phone calls, they never provided the hair dryer. This caused me extreme distress and disappointment. It wasn't a problem for us as we weren't eating at the apartment, but there was no table or bar to sit at and eat.
