We came back because we absolutely love it here! Everything about this place is perfect for a family getaway. The **cleanliness is exceptional**—it smells great, and it’s equipped with everything we could possibly need. The **host is very accommodating and easy to negotiate with**, which made our stay even more enjoyable. What we loved most is how kid-friendly it is! The **playground** outside was a hit with our kids, and they enjoyed playing with other children in the neighborhood. And of course, the **pool** was the highlight—they couldn’t get enough of it! To sum it up, it was a wonderful stay, and we can’t wait to come back again! Highly recommended, especially for families.

The **place is simple yet complete with all the amenities** you need for a comfortable stay. The **area is safe, with 24/7 security**, giving us peace of mind throughout our stay. For those traveling with a car, note that **parking is limited**—it's mostly for drop-offs, and there’s an overnight parking fee. Make sure to coordinate with the guard upon entry for arrangements. What stood out the most was the **host's quick and precise responses**, making everything smooth and hassle-free. The thoughtful gesture of providing cold water in the fridge was much appreciated after our long trip from Agusan del Sur to the city. It was a **wonderful stay for me and my kids**, and we’re definitely coming back very soon!

Im not a kind of individual who usually do reviews.. but this airbnb deserved as such.. for the price what you see, you get more when you are inside.. the owner is so accomodating i guess she doesnt sleep cause i chatted her late nignt and have a quiry and she still answers.. kudos to you MAAM.. Will definite reccomend to my friends and colleagues. KUDOS!
