Hotel Casa Del Rio Guayas

Very large room with king size bed. Esperanza's personal attention was superb! Very good location, 5 minutes fron Guayaquil airport and less than 5 minutes walking to a very large mall.

The hotel is located very close to the airport, it takes only 10 minutes to get there on foot. The area seems to be safe. The lady owner is extremely friendly and helpful.

You can only pay by cash.

I arrived early hours of the morning and was picked up at airport by Esperanza. Felt very safe and secure which is taken seriously by the management and very much welcomed like family. Breakfast was excellent, and would not hesitate to recommend staying at Hotel Casa Del Rio Guayas

Large room with balcony. Close to airport and manager picked us up and dropped us off at the airport the next day for a very reasonable price. We were hot and tired after our flight from Canada, with a brief stopover in Panama City. We thought about going out for supper, but decided against it as being to much effort in the circumstances and we weren't that hungry any way. To our surprise after we got settled in our room, the manager came by with tasty cheese buns and coffee, which hit the spot perfectly. Breakfast was very good. In the morning it only took a few minutes to get to the airport.

We had to wait a while in the heat and humidity of Guayaquil at the airport for the pick up to the hotel. It would have been nice if the air conditioning had been turned on in our room before we arrived. The common areas in the hotel were not air-conditioned so until the AC in our room kicked in we were quite uncomfortable. The room rate was very reasonable, but to our surprise, cash only, no credit card.

The staff was very helpful.

great friendly owner, very helpful with picking up from airport and delivering me to the right bus the next day. Also lovely breakfast, no problem fitting around my diet. clean room, nice location. Highly recommended.
