place is modern and clean, close to ferringhi area, instructions to get keys is clear

wifi could not connect and when complained to staff they did nothing we had to use our own data during the stay, i booked a family room with private toilet but the bath tub could not drain we complained to staff they said they were going to fix it while we were out for the day but we came back in the evening and the problem was still not fixed we had to use the downstairs shared bathrooms, really disappointing bad customer service. if you are only booking per room and not per villa, note that you will be sharing the house with several other groups so the parking will be first come first serve and if you are double parking have to leave your number to move the car if the other family wants to go out. if you are getting family room, note that its on the third floor maybe not suitable if you have large luggage or family member with mobility issues. no tv in private room only in the shared living area downstairs

Big villa with 5R4B, suitable for group travelling. Everything are considered new and clean; beds and pillows are comfortable, good location with cool air.

No clear instructions for parking, security guard not friendly, nobody answered phonecall, response not prompt at WhatsApp, no washing machine, TV remote control not functioning well.
