- comfy beds and pillows - modern housing - location is nice but you must rent a bike/use grab to get around

Where do I begin? Firstly the person who i assume is the manager texted me saying we’d had a free upgrade to a bigger room soon before we arrived. We were happy with this at first, but upon arrival it turns out the room was empty, with 2 beds and a bathroom, NOTHING like the photos. It’s almost as if it was unfinished/still being built. I wrote a list of what’s wrong with that room: - No shower curtain, bathroom flooded - Unclean, wet towels from previous stay - Bad/no wifi - No outlets by bed - No lamps - Slow/no reply for help from manager - Shower holder broken - Bad/no soundproofing - No dining area - No hand soap - Dirty balcony (not even part of our room) Since it was so bad we asked for the original room we booked (deluxe room), and upon request we were told it had been booked and we had to stay in the ‘upgraded’ room for a night. So the ‘upgrade’ was a lie to cover up the fact they messed up the booking. Lying to your guests is outrageous. The next day we did manage to get the room we booked and it was quite nice, WiFi worked and had the basics you need in a bedroom. It did have a lot of ants and a cockroach however. The better quality of this room and the reasonably friendly staff (not the managers) brought this from a 1/10 to a 2/10.

design and cleaniliness of bedroom is gud， space was wide，living room is nice to chill

door creaking sound too loud， soundproof can be better， can provide card for door opening even nice， there is a cockcroach in the kitchen.

Cozy and clean. Hosts are responsive.

Limited facilities. Water dispenser could be installed.
