"Disappointing"

Disappointed. So many mosquitoes, and I also saw a centipede in my toilet. The TV and air conditioner are not functioning well. Room too old and bed not comfortable. On Booking.com, my room should be in front of the beach, but I get a room that doesn't match what I booked. My parents and I are not happy.
