Endroit très propre avec une agréable terrasse

Très loin il faut savoir qu'on doit conduire une heure pour arriver à Côme. Pas d'air conditionné et un seul ventilateur pour tout l'endroit en plein été ⚠️ nous l'avons gardé dans le salon où on dormait sur le canapé lit, donc la chaleur intense rendait le sommeil très difficile voire impossible pour ceux qui dormaient dans la chambre⚠️ Il devrait avoir un ventilateur dans les 2 pièces, un seul ventilateur par des températures pareilles c'est juste invivable. Quand vous arrivez prévoyez de l'eau!!!⚠️ car il n'y a même pas une bouteille d'eau pour vous recevoir ou vous souhaiter la bienvenue ⚠️ Nous avions roulé pendant 10h30 depuis la Belgique, nous étions épuisés à notre arrivée, et la chaleur était intense et pas une seule bouteille d'eau sur place pour recevoir les clients de cet établissement, donc 0 repos, faut toute de suite encore conduire pour aller au supermarché en acheter... Valentina ainsi que son père sont très agréables et Valentina est très gentille et facile à joindre pour donner des conseils sur les alentours.

Unfortunately, our stay here was far from what we had hoped. The location is very far from everyhing, you absolutely need a car to get around. The village of Lecco itself doesn't offer much in terms of attractions or amenities, and there's not even a proper beach to swim at nearby. The pictures are misleading; the "nice garden" is actually just a small patio with fake plastic grass. It gets so hot that both we and our dog burnt our feet. There’s no proper shading, and when we tried to use the other shaded pavilion, we received a complaint from a neighbor, even though the area was empty, beside an old lady spying on us all the time, which made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. The furniture is awful. The bed and couch were so uncomfortable that we had back issues after just one night. The apartment itself is poorly equipped; there weren't even basic cleaning supplies like a broom. On top of that, the bedroom had a moldy smell, adding to the overall feeling of neglect. The entire apartment felt unloved and lacking care. Parking was another issue. There's a large pothole that nearly damaged our car, and the parking area is very narrow, making it difficult to maneuver. Even though this was the cheapest option at the time, it still wasn’t worth it. There are just too many negative aspects to justify staying here. The only positive was the host, Valentina, who was kind.

Nice apartment with a garden area where you can relax outside in the evening. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Parking space is always available. The area is so quiet and the only thing you hear is birds and three leaves. Even though on the map looked a bit far from the main city center we walked to and back every day for about 25 minutes in each direction. For those of you who don't like to walk, there is a bus station 10 minutes walk. All in all perfect place to have a unforgettable holiday.

Valentina was great, very helpful and non-intrusive, we never met her, but she was incredibly helpful over text. The apartment is amazing with a private garden, clean and well equipped. I highly recommend you staying here.

It's a bit hard to reach by foot, but you can take a bus to the port or train station.

No hot water No air conditioning, no heating before 15.okt, outside was 10 degrees, we were freezing with kids Broken and uncomfortable sofa bed for sleeping No top sheets under blankets, also blankets wasn't covered with duvet, only 3 small thin blankets No parking, it is a problem if you come at night as public parking is full Smells of mold

For me it was very good. The room, kitchen and toillet was very clean. In kitchen there are all the things we need.

Why not 10 note? To be objective, the neighbors were a bit noisy, but that was unfortunately beyond the owner's control.
