Apartament 3 camere Palas

In the apartment should be 2 full classic beds + sofa. Actually there is just one and the second is sofa as well. The sofa is folding, but it is not in one piece, so if you sleep two on the bed, it will constantly move. We really didn't sleep well and the owner's excuse that the bed just broke two days ago? At least he should have informed us in advance... we would have chosen another accommodation with a standard bed. We were 4 of us in the apartment. Tehre were not enough pillows, sheets, etc., the towels were stale. Cash payment only, not online credit card possibility … so you have to meet the owner in your free time.

The host is very responsive, we had great communication. The apartment is located really close to the city center, in a quiet area. It is spacious, clean, and well equipped. We really loved the view from the windows, you could see the Palace from the bedroom window. Also, we really appreciated that it has AC, since we stayed there in the middle of summer. There are parking spaces available on the street. We definitely recommend!

The property was very clean, with air conditioning which was needed due to the heat wave. It was spacious and had all the listed facilities. It was within walking distance of the city centre and very close to a variety of delicious fast foods and eat in restaurants. While this was situated at the 8th floor in an old apartment block, with a very small lift, the views were fantastic.

We checked in on Friday,and left Sunday morning.For a family with 2 small kids,the location is perfect,being 10min away fro the Palas.

We pay for 3 adults and 2 kids.We found 2 coffee pods only ..the kitchen was smelling like cigarettes really,really bad.Only one of the bed sheets was clean,the one from the second bedroom and the one from the cupboard,smells like sweat and smoke…really disgusting!We booked an apartment with 2 beds and one sofa bed,and we received an apartment with 1 bed and 2 sofas. Another thing is that we turn the heating on Friday evening,cause was really cold inside,and over night the owner turned it off ! I think the settings were on his phone cause no matter how much we tried,I couldn’t turn it up again. And over the night especially,was really cold in!Specially for the kids! Really rude ! No,we don’t recommend it at all!And we pay really good money for it,I thought that will be exactly what is advertised on!Stay away please!

Location of apartment is great.

On the 2nd night the door of the property became stuck and could no longer be opened by the key. This happened at around midnight, the owner was not very helpful in dealing with this as they did not want to call a locksmith at that hour as to not wake the neighbors. After it became clear we would not be spending the night there, the owner offered to take us in for the night, which we refused as we were not comfortable with the idea of spending the night with strangers somewhere outside the city. We ended up paying for a night at hotel. The next day, the owner came with a locksmith to open the door, which took around 3 hours. The owner apologized for the situation and promised to refund us the night we could not stay there, as well as promised us a free night whenever we decided to book this property again. The owner has not refunded us after over a week of waiting and has ghosted us when we tried to contact. We are currently trying to resolve this issue throug Booking customer support.
