There was a lingering smell of damp. The beds were always damp too. Mould in the downstairs bathroom and water leaks up from kitchen floor when using the kitchen sink. No hand-wash by sinks, very little glassware. No kitchen items such as salt, pepper, oil. No dishwasher tablets for dishwasher. Not enough linen provided for everyone. We had to use sofa cushions as pillows. No bin for kitchen waste.
