Holiday Inn Express Chattanooga - Hamilton Place

Clean, and up to date

Would of liked a restaurant/fast-food close to property.

It is in a great location and very nice hotel.

The only issue we had was the internet and tv but definitely not a big deal.

I didn't eat breckfast.

It was good but needed more choices. Kept running out of things. No waffle mix, no meat to go with the eggs

Breakfast could have been better. There was no waffle mix, no meat to go with the eggs. Coffee was on point!

The property is close to I 75. Easy to access

No cinnamon rolls. Most of the tv channels did not work.

The gentleman at the front desk was very kind. The reservation didn't show on their end that I had booked 2 queens and a sofa bed. He initially offered me a blow up mattress, which was a ridiculous idea considering I'm paying for a room but after telling him that wasnt going to work at all he then offered a second room for no extra cost.

Breakfast on the second day was out of everything. One of the elevators broke down on the second day. Also, we had a clogged toilet during all this and I let the front desk know and they just dropped off a plunger in a bag, which was fine with me, but they didn't give me gloves or anything to do the job with.

The value of it was good
