Hampton Inn Warrenton, Va

I stayed here for 3 days but my room was never cleaned. I was told it would be cleaned every other day. Nobody cleaned it so waste baskets were over flowing on the floor. When I asked the front desk about it, they said I had the bolt locked - I did not lock the bolt lock during the day,only at night when I went to bed. The cleaners were in the hall when I left for the day - I was told they only work mornings? So the girl at the front desk gave me clean towels and toilet paper - said she would take care of my trash - nobody ever did. To make matters worse, the second night there were people in the room next to me that woke me up at midnight and at 6 a.m. When I asked the front desk about it the next day, she was very snippy to the point of being rude I felt. Needless to say, I will not be staying here again. I stayed here last year with no issues.

Best included breakfast I’ve had at a hotel

Customer service agent was not friendly, refused to accept my Hilton honors number. He did not have a name tag on to even know who I was talking to. Once in the room I had trouble connecting to the wifi since my Hilton honors number wasn't attached to my room. Disappointed in the check in process and will look for alternate location to stay over the next few months while in town

The property itself was nice, clean, welcoming. Staff was very nice.

The room was a disappointment. It was a king room. The bed was okay, but the room was straight out of an Econolodge of 1972. There were two chairs: a wooden table chair (no table) and a desk chair (no desk). Nothing comfortable to sit upon except the bed. About the most spartan room I’ve stayed in since the military.

It was clean and comfortable. No complaints.

There was some age to the carpet, the shower, the sink. But all was clean and okay.

We were thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Clean rooms, friendly and attentive staff and fresh delicious breakfast

Easy to reach location in a pleasant area.

Very few guests, empty appearance. Saw very little staff.

I didn’t like the fact that I booked an accessible room months in advance, but was notified the day of my arrival that my room request would not be fulfilled. there were two of us staying in this room, one with mobility issues, so the taller toilet with the helpful side railings would have been best for her. So I was disappointed in that respect.

Convenient to old town Warrenton.

The breakfast each morning was delicious…and a great time saver! The pool was refreshing and so peaceful!

There was nothing I didn’t like at the property. It was immaculate and everyone was very pleasant and kind.
