Alliance House - Hopewell

Decorated beautifully, amazing location, spacious, had everything you would need, really clean, easy to access.

The sofa was quite uncomfortable.

Location wise, it is in the heart of Bristol. It is very reliable to commute to places where you need to be. For the house itself, it is very cosy and modern, the perfect stay after a long day of touring.

Nothing much to say. If people mind the loud noises coming from the streets then it might be a difficult night to sleep in, however we don't mind the accompany of the live Bristol.

Decoration was pleasant and the apartment was quite well appointed except a fan would have been a great addition as it’s unbearably noisy with the windows open.

Did not stay in property in the end !! !Found no water available in the property after trying to wash my hands and apparently it has happened before accordingly to other guests who also had no water that I met in the corridor. .The pump on the roof failed. Probably the hottest day of the year 29/04/25 so everyone using water. Another resident informed me an engineer was coming out that night. Didn’t wait around for it to get fixed as it was already almost 7pm. Thankfully I had a hard copy of emergency number and rang straight away. Was relieved I hadn’t found this issue out late at night.Should not be letting out rooms with faulty basic requirements Rang helpline number and helpful lady got me somewhere another 5 mins away, smaller but in quieter location so was very grateful for that, so thanks to her, she was a star Sadly new place although less dusty had broken microwave and intermittent leaky toilet Hopewell apartment was also very dirty and dusty . Only basics being cleaned and fridge was dirty .i did tell the agent about this and she did apologise. Maybe cleaning staff do not have enough time for any more than basics ??? Apartment is also in just about the nosiest location I have ever been in , do not stay there unless you have ear plugs!!

It was well equipped, comfortable, clean and central.

The apartment door did not lock. Although the staff wanted to be helpful there was no emergency service to repair the lock over the weekend. I therefore had no security while staying on a busy Main Street in the centre of Bristol.
